This job opportunity is offered by a McDonald’s franchise, which is independently owned and operated by a franchisee separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s brand logos and food products, operating under the McDonald’s name, but is responsible for all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling employees within their restaurant. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- prior management experience preferred
- willing to comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to manage operational systems and delegate tasks effectively
Job Qualifications
- previous managerial experience preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- positive team player with a flexible schedule
- strong leadership and communication skills
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on task completion and report results
- ensure guest service delivery by training staff and organizing front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
- oversee kitchen food quality, safety, and cost control
- hire, train, schedule qualified staff and motivate crew members
