People Department Managers are dedicated to workforce development, helping recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew members in alignment with the restaurant's sales and profitability targets, while fostering employee motivation and recognition to maintain high team engagement. Service Department Managers ensure an outstanding customer experience by overseeing customer interaction points, including the front counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru operations, while training staff to provide excellent service and execute sales promotions effectively.
