Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • Set department goals and delegate tasks
  • Follow up and report results to team and other managers
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • Manage sales promotions and organize front counter and Drive-Thru areas
  • Control food quality, safety, and cost, and train kitchen staff
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Motivate and recognize crew members
  • Supervise and support new hires
