Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
- Set department goals and delegate tasks
- Follow up and report results to team and other managers
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- Manage sales promotions and organize front counter and Drive-Thru areas
- Control food quality, safety, and cost, and train kitchen staff
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Motivate and recognize crew members
- Supervise and support new hires
