Job Duties
- Lead shifts and manage teams to deliver fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results to teams and other managers
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience and sales promotions are executed well
- Organize service areas including Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru for optimal service
- Oversee kitchen operations to deliver quality food quickly, control food cost and maintain food safety
- Hire, train, schedule and motivate crew members to meet sales and profit goals
