This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products, but operates as a separate and distinct business entity responsible for all employment matters specific to this location. This means that the franchisee handles hiring, payroll, staff management, training, scheduling, and all other employment-related decisions independently from McDonald's corporate operations. McDonald's USA does not participate in any part of the employment process for this role, including applications, interviews, or hiring decisions.

Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • oversee sales promotions and front counter operations
