This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products, but operates as a separate and distinct business entity responsible for all employment matters specific to this location. This means that the franchisee handles hiring, payroll, staff management, training, scheduling, and all other employment-related decisions independently from McDonald's corporate operations. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- basic understanding of food safety and customer service principles
- ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People

- provide coaching and direction to crew and managers
- oversee sales promotions and front counter operations
- ensure food quality, safety, and cost control
- manage crew hiring, training, and scheduling
- motivate and recognize team members to foster a positive work environment
