We are currently seeking an experienced and bilingual Treatment Coordinator / Financial Coordinator fluent in both Spanish and English to join our busy dental team. This role is vital in bridging communication between our patients and the clinical team by presenting and explaining treatment plans in a clear and compassionate manner. The ideal candidate will be comfortable discussing financial arrangements transparently, including payment options and insurance benefits, ensuring patients understand and feel confident about their care journey. This position requires exceptional multitasking skills and organizational ability as the coordinator manages various administrative and financial responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume practice.
