This role is essential in providing a welcoming and efficient experience for patients from the moment they enter the office. The Dental Receptionist will manage a variety of front office responsibilities, including patient scheduling, communication, insurance claims processing, and payment posting, ensuring smooth daily operations. Candidates must be available to work a set schedule, including Monday from 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM; Tuesday and Thursday from 8:45 AM to 6:30 PM; Wednesday from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM; and Friday from 7:45 AM to 2:30 PM.The Dental Receptionist position offers the unique opportunity to work within a supportive team culture that emphasizes learning and patient-first service.
