We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Premier Endodontic Associates. As the first point of contact for patients, the Dental Receptionist plays a critical role in shaping a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless patient journey. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule with shifts held on Mondays from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM in Hinsdale or 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM in Wheaton, with Tuesday through Friday shifts from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and typically one to two Saturdays per month. The hourly pay for this role ranges from $18 to $23, reflecting the value and expectations placed on the successful candidate. The Dental Receptionist is entrusted with a variety of administrative and communication responsibilities, including managing appointment scheduling, provider calendars, answering phone calls, processing payments, verifying insurance coverage, handling billing, and maintaining patient records. Strong adherence to confidentiality standards and HIPAA compliance is a must in this role. This position is integral to maintaining smooth front-office operations and supporting the dental team to provide the highest level of patient care.
