With an 8-operatory clinic staffed by a skilled clinical team, the practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality oral health services while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every patient. Anthem Dentistry emphasizes a patient-first approach, recognizing that excellent care starts from the moment a patient walks through the door. Their comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay, and commitment to fostering a positive work culture make them an ideal place for dental professionals seeking growth and fulfillment in their careers.

The role of Dental Front Office Receptionist at Anthem Dentistry is a dynamic and multifaceted position designed for a professional who excels at both patient interaction and administrative duties. This full-time, hourly role offers a competitive compensation range of $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience, along with a monthly team performance bonus, rewarding collaborative success. Work schedule includes Monday through Thursday from 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 6:15 AM to 1:00 PM, allowing for an early finish on Fridays to encourage work-life balance.

Mastery of dental insurance verification is key, including confirming PPO benefits and ensuring accurate co-pay estimates before appointments. Additionally, scheduling restorative and hygiene appointments strategically in Denticon software to optimize the use of all eight operatories helps maximize practice efficiency. The receptionist is also responsible for collecting co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments, and managing patient financial agreements, maintaining accuracy and professionalism throughout.

This role is perfectly suited to a detail-oriented, empathetic professional with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of dental front office operations. Experience with dental software platforms like Denticon, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft is highly valued, as is a solid knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes. Anthem Dentistry offers a supportive environment where team members are encouraged to grow and contribute meaningfully to patient care, making it an excellent career stepping stone for dental administrative professionals aiming to make a positive impact while enjoying competitive compensation and benefits.
