Delaware North Sportservice is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable seasonal In-Seat Runners to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. The In-Seat Runner role is an integral part of our game day service team at Truist Park. As an In-Seat Runner, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverage orders directly to guests in their seats, ensuring timely and accurate service that enhances the overall customer experience. This position requires excellent communication and team coordination with kitchen staff and other service members to maintain smooth operations. Your tasks will include stocking and rolling carts loaded with beverages, snacks, and condiments, running orders efficiently while adhering to alcohol service policies, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas. The role demands physical stamina, as it involves lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, and standing for extended periods, often in varying weather conditions including heat, rain, and cold. This seasonal position offers flexible schedules with evening, weekend, and event shifts, paying $17.15 per hour. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stretch, reach, and walk up and down stairs while carrying food trays for long periods
  • Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions including sun, rain, and cold
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and event days
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Stock beverages, snacks, and condiment carts for in-seat service
  • Roll carts outside upon gate opening
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of hot food items
  • Run food and beverage orders from the kitchen out to guests in the seats
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the seating bowl area, pantries, and coolers
  • Assist with stocking and counting inventory
  • Verify IDs when serving alcohol and adhere to the company alcohol service policy
