The In-Seat Runner role is an integral part of our game day service team at Truist Park. As an In-Seat Runner, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverage orders directly to guests in their seats, ensuring timely and accurate service that enhances the overall customer experience. This position requires excellent communication and team coordination with kitchen staff and other service members to maintain smooth operations. Your tasks will include stocking and rolling carts loaded with beverages, snacks, and condiments, running orders efficiently while adhering to alcohol service policies, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas. The role demands physical stamina, as it involves lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, and standing for extended periods, often in varying weather conditions including heat, rain, and cold. This seasonal position offers flexible schedules with evening, weekend, and event shifts, paying $17.15 per hour.
