Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely with customers
- Basic math skills
- No weapons allowed on premises
- Willingness to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to wash hands frequently
- Must have completed Safe Delivery CBT for drivers

Job Duties
- Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu
- Being in perfect image according to standard
- Knowing and demonstrating customer WOW steps 1) Apologize 2) Give them what they want 3) Give them something extra
- Counting peperoni and ham on every order every day no matter the topping amount when ordered
- Ensuring no pizzas are cleared before ready to place in the oven
- Having drivers maintain $1 in coin change on every delivery
- Drivers must say "Let me get your change" on every order with no exceptions
- Ensuring that no employee carries more than $20 while on the clock including personal money
- Prohibiting pocket knives or any weapons while working
- Maintaining driver vehicles neat, clean, and in positive image while working
- Ensuring drivers are not routed early or checked in early from delivery
- Requiring pizza makers to wash hands prior to making products
- Only allowing proper procedure for products
- Ensuring every driver has completed Safe Delivery CBT
- Repeating every order for accuracy and confirming name and address
