This role focuses on the seamless handling of laundry delivery and pickup operations, specifically for linen and laundry contract facilities. As a Delivery Driver at Job Options Inc., you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of linen and laundry services by ensuring prompt and safe transportation of clean and soiled linens between contract facilities and laundry centers. You will represent Job Options Inc. directly to the clients, providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring total client satisfaction with the services rendered.

In this role, you will be responsible not only for the physical transportation of linens but also for maintaining clean and functional company vehicles following strict sanitation and safety protocols. The role requires adherence to all traffic laws and company driving safety procedures. Delivery Drivers act as an essential communication link between contract clients and the organization’s laundry management team, promptly reporting any client feedback or service issues to the Project Manager. This job requires strong organizational skills to manage inventory control paperwork with accuracy for tracking all linens handled during deliveries and pickups.

Safety is paramount in this role; hence, you must consistently operate vehicles safely while transporting employees, supplies, and equipment according to schedules set by project and division managers. This requires excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions from supervisors effectively. The ability to work independently while being a reliable team member is critical. The role demands physical stamina since it involves frequent loading and unloading of linens plus the capacity to navigate various environmental conditions safely.
