Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
cash management skills
planning and organization skills
effective communication skills
valid driver’s license
experience with customer service beneficial
ability to operate point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
learn the delivery area
check orders for quality and accuracy
follow proper delivery procedures
provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers
act with a sense of urgency
support other workstation duties including making quality products and preparing ingredients
work as part of a team and assist colleagues
complete all closing duties including cleaning
comply with uniform and appearance standards
process order paperwork and payment transactions accurately
execute cash management duties
use the FOCUS system
support sales efforts by suggestive selling
distribute door hangers during shifts
maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
comply with safety and security standards
