Delivery Driver

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional full-time Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is essential to our business as the driver ensures the safe, timely, and accurate transport of company products between multiple locations such as company facilities, licensed dispensaries, and approved vendors. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and an unwavering commitment to safety and compliance. This position requires individuals who are adaptable and diligent, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The Delivery Driver will be responsible for utilizing a company vehicle to complete deliveries and pick-ups, ensuring that all orders are accounted for accurately, maintaining meticulous logs of delivered packages, and managing the transfer of returned or rejected products back to their designated locations. In addition to these responsibilities, the driver will load and unload products in a friendly and courteous manner while using smartphone applications to navigate routes efficiently. The establishment values safety highly, so following the standard operating procedures and safety guidelines is mandatory. The anticipated work schedule is Monday through Friday, with options for either a 9:00 am to 5:00 pm shift or an 8:00 am to 4:00 pm shift. This schedule supports a balanced professional and personal lifestyle.

Physical requirements for this position include the ability to sit and drive for extended periods and occasionally lift items up to 30 pounds. Candidates must hold a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record and be at least 21 years old. Additional qualifications include strong time management skills, excellent communication, professional presence, and an understanding of the cannabis market in California, which is considered a plus. This role may also require occasional overnight trips to the Los Angeles area approximately once every two months.
