We are currently seeking Delivery Drivers who embody our commitment to fast, friendly, and safe service. As a Delivery Driver, your primary goal will be getting freshly made sandwiches into the hands of our customers as quickly and accurately as possible. This role demands a strong work ethic, a focus on safety, and excellent customer service skills. Drivers typically start with an hourly wage between 7.25 and 8.25 dollars and have the potential to earn between 18 and 25 dollars per hour when factoring in hourly pay, delivery mileage reimbursement (DMR), and tips.

Your role extends beyond just delivering sandwiches. Off the road, you will work as an In-Shopper, preparing sandwiches quickly, accurately, and consistently according to our recipes and procedures. This cross-functional approach keeps the workflow smooth and ensures customers always receive fresh orders without delay. Delivery is a critical customer service position; following customer instructions attentively and serving with a positive attitude often results in higher satisfaction and better tips.

As a Delivery Driver, you will need to master efficient routes to maximize delivery speed and accuracy while adhering strictly to safety and traffic laws. Your daily responsibilities include taking telephone orders, ensuring all items are correctly included, accepting customer payments, and reconciling cash with management after your shift. Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our restaurant, completing all systems and procedures with integrity and precision, and presenting a professional and enthusiastic demeanor are essential components of your role.

We require all our drivers to pass a sandwich making test within the first two weeks of employment and at other times to ensure skill consistency. A clean driving record, at least two years of driving experience, a valid driver's license, vehicle, proof of insurance, and the ability to demonstrate safe driving practices are mandatory. You must also be 18 years or older to apply.
