Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Willingness to follow all company policies and safety protocols
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Must have a valid driver s license and reliable transportation for driver roles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
Job Duties
- Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner
- Being in perfect image according to standard
- Knowing and demonstrating customer WOW steps
- Counting pepperoni and ham on every order daily
- Ensuring pizzas are not cleared before oven placement
- Maintaining at least 1 dollar in coin change on every delivery
- Saying let me get your change on every order
- Keeping no more than 20 dollars while on the clock
- Prohibiting pocket knives or weapons while working
- Keeping driver vehicles neat and clean
- Avoiding early routing or check-ins from delivery
- Washing hands prior to making products
- Following only proper product procedures
- Completing Safe Delivery CBT
- Repeating orders for accuracy and confirming name and address
