This position is a part-time opportunity offering shifts during mid-shift and closing hours, with an hourly wage ranging from $19.50 to $32.50 per hour. Additional compensation includes performance-based incentives that may be awarded annually or quarterly, as well as extra pay premiums based on specific schedules, facilities, seasons, or duties performed, which can range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. The role is for a Deli/Bakery Associate responsible for preparing high-quality deli and bakery products that meet company standards and satisfy customer expectations. Associates engage directly with customers at the service counter, ensuring friendly and efficient service.
