The position involves preparing a wide variety of beverages including coffees, teas, and smoothies for both take-out and seated guests. Servers are expected to offer exemplary service by engaging with guests, sharing knowledge about the food and beverage menu, and ensuring smooth and efficient transaction handling through POS systems. Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the shift, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, and supporting kitchen operations including inventory management and food preparation are essential elements of the job. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Prepare a wide variety of coffees/teas/smoothies for both to-go and seated guests
- Provide exemplary service to all guests by applying knowledge of the food and beverage menus by engaging with guests at every opportunity
- Properly execute all steps of food and beverage counter and table service
- Maintain POS cash controls per company guidelines
- Ensure all standards are exceeded within the operations including guest welcome, orders, delivery of food and beverage, and clearing tables
- Follow all daily and weekly cleaning assignments
- Perform inventory counts as required or assigned by the supervisor
