Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to operate manual and power slicers and deli scales preferred
- Prior experience in deli department preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Willingness to work in indoor environments with temperature extremes
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
Job Qualifications
- Work experience in a deli department preferred
- Prior experience operating manual and power slicers and scales preferred
- Knowledge of deli products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide a high level of customer service to members
- Slice, package, and weigh deli products including cheeses and meats
- Prepare and package special orders and party trays
- Receive and inspect deli shipments
- Display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following safety and quality policies
- Ensure deli cooler shelves and display cases have a wide variety of products
- Operate and handle deli equipment safely
- Clean and sanitize deli equipment and food surfaces
- Maintain scale systems for accurate weighing and pricing
- Adhere to all club policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned including assisting in other departments
- Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance
