This role focuses on the preparation, packaging, and sale of store-baked goods while adhering to company standards and food safety practices. The candidate will be responsible for organizing and stocking work areas, preparing food items following established process cards, and ensuring all activities comply with food handling and safety policies. Strong guest service skills are essential to maintain a guest-focused atmosphere, along with the capability to manage accurate sales transactions and work collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with basic technology such as computers and telephones is required to perform daily tasks efficiently. Preferred candidates will have prior experience in a similar role, possess ServSafe certification, and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to include nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to provide excellent guest service
  • Basic math skills for sales transactions
  • Ability to follow food safety and handling procedures
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Prior experience in food preparation preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
