The current opportunity is for a Dealership Valet Supervisor at one of DealerFLEX's retail automotive service locations in Union City, GA. This is a pivotal role that combines operational leadership with hands-on team management to uphold the dealership's standards at every level. As a Dealership Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring staff are performing optimally, and maintaining a professional and safe work environment.

The role requires a dynamic leader who not only manages but actively engages with the team to cultivate a culture of professionalism and excellent client service. The supervisor will coordinate schedules, manage shift vacancies, and guarantee that all locations open and close on time. Daily safety reviews and maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment are integral to this position, underscoring the commitment to operational excellence.

In addition to managing attendants, the supervisor will enforce company policies and implement corrective actions when necessary, ensuring all team members adhere to established guidelines. Communication plays a key role, as the supervisor must provide consistent updates to management and support Account and District Managers with payroll, scheduling, and operational reporting.

Another crucial aspect of the role is mentoring and training employees to foster professional development and promote team engagement. Building and maintaining strong client relationships are essential; the supervisor is expected to address client concerns promptly and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience driving automatic and manual vehicles preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily operations and staff performance to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Coordinate scheduling, fill shift vacancies, and ensure all locations open and close on time
  • Conduct daily safety reviews and maintain a clean, professional work environment
  • Enforce company policies and administer corrective actions when necessary
  • Provide consistent communication and updates to management regarding operations and staffing
  • Mentor and train employees, promoting professional development and team engagement
  • Maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns promptly and recommending improvements
  • Prepare and submit shift logs, reports, and time/attendance records accurately and on time
  • Support Account and District Managers with payroll, scheduling, and operational reporting
