Job Description

We are Citrin, a dynamic and purpose-driven organization specializing in premium hospitality, driving, and people-services tailored for car dealerships across the United States. As a company deeply rooted in our core values—Servant Leadership, Ownership, Heart, Excellence, and Growth—we strive to create transformative job experiences for our team members while delivering world-class service to our dealership partners. Our commitment to excellence and employee development has positioned us as an innovative leader within our industry, fostering an environment where professionalism and care converge to enhance the customer experience at every dealership we serve.

At Citrin, we envision a thriving community composed of thousands of team members flourishing personally, professionally, and financially over the next decade. With over 90% of our managers having started in entry-level roles and even some executives such as VPs and our CFO rising through the ranks, Citrin is not just a workplace but a career launchpad for those seeking meaningful growth and advancement opportunities.

Currently, we offer a compelling employment opportunity as a Driver and Hospitality Specialist within our dealership service teams. This role involves engaging with customers during business hours, ensuring their experience is welcoming and positive through world-class hospitality. You will be responsible for safely moving vehicles throughout the dealership, maintaining organization and order in vehicle inventories, and upholding high cleanliness standards for both new and used vehicles. This position offers multiple shift options from morning to late afternoon, Monday through Saturday, with limited evening hours and Sundays off, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

The role also brings opportunities for participants to diversify their responsibilities, including vehicle washing, parts delivery, quality control, and occasionally driving customers off-site when properly trained and eligible. These varied tasks promise a fast-paced, engaging work environment where client service remains paramount.

Compensation at Citrin is competitive and stable with a starting wage of $16 per hour, complemented by automatic pay raises over the first two years, culminating at $18 per hour. Employees receive weekly paychecks, paid vacation from day one, and eligibility to enroll in 401(k) plans after one year of service. Our flexible scheduling options accommodate both part-time and full-time team members, allowing our staff to balance personal goals and commitments efficiently.

Additional benefits for full-time employees include vision, dental, and medical insurance, life insurance, critical illness, and pet insurance coverage, alongside ongoing referral bonuses and performance-based rewards, creating a rewarding incentive structure. Citrin is committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive culture where teamwork, respect, and open communication thrive, providing an ideal environment to refine networking and client service skills, crucial for professional success.

In summary, working at Citrin means more than a paycheck; it is an opportunity to join a community that values personal development, career progression, and delivering excellence every day. We seek individuals ready to commit to our values and who are eager to contribute positively to our vibrant team atmosphere while advancing toward a promising career path in vehicle hospitality and management sectors.
