The position available at Citrin involves working primarily during regular morning to late-afternoon business hours, usually from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays generally off, allowing team members to maintain a healthy work-life balance. As a member of Citrin's team, you will be responsible for extending world-class hospitality to customers as they arrive at the dealership, ensuring they receive an elevated customer experience. Your primary duties will include moving vehicles safely around dealership premises, with a strict emphasis on safety and a no-rush policy to maintain quality and care. Additionally, team members may assist in organizing vehicle inventory, washing vehicles, delivering parts, performing quality control, and other supportive tasks that contribute to the seamless operations of the dealership. Some roles also offer the opportunity to drive vehicles and customers off-site within the city after appropriate training.

This role is well-suited for individuals who have strong communication skills, are able to maintain professional appearances, and can perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and walking throughout their shifts. A valid driver’s license with a good driving record and no temporary licenses is required, along with passing background and motor vehicle record checks upon conditional offer acceptance.
