The Dealership Operations Manager role at Citrin represents a cornerstone of this vision. This full-time position offers a comprehensive compensation package with a first-year total compensation range from $50,000 to $55,000. You will be integral in motivating, training, and guiding teams of 15 to over 50 employees to uphold Citrin’s high standards of hospitality, safety, and operational efficiency. Beyond managing local dealership operations, you will play a crucial role in launching new locations, developing standard operating procedures, participating in client meetings, and ensuring all staffing and budgetary targets are met.
The role is not only about operational management but also about building lasting relationships with clients and being the face of Citrin at each dealership. You will receive thorough training in leadership development, customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with opportunities to travel for new client site launches. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of operational and leadership experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Flexible schedule to accommodate required hours
- Experience in building and managing budgets and driving profitability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- No relocation required
- Experience in sales, leadership, or hospitality industries
- Valid driver’s license with no major infractions
- Availability to work 45 to 50 hours per week
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions in past 5 years
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years operational and leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong oral and written communication skills including formal presentations
- Experience building annual budgets, managing results, and instituting business changes
- Sales, leadership, and hospitality experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with no significant infractions
- Ability to work flexible hours including averaging 45 to 50 hours per week
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with right experience
- Leadership experience in military, community, social, academic, or athletic organizations preferred
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Duties
- Oversee daily valet operations for assigned dealership location(s), including greeting customers, washing and parking vehicles, and running daily operations
- Become a leader with an entrepreneurial mentality and professional communication
- Motivate and empower a team to provide world-class hospitality
- Effectively manage people and hold them accountable to expectations
- Create and manage schedules, daily reports, and budget allocation
- Conduct formal check-in meetings with client(s) and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain proper staffing levels and create weekly schedules
- Administer and embody the company’s disciplinary action process and support Account Managers
- Conduct disciplinary and probation meetings and execute terminations with HR support
- Identify and implement operational, safety, or procedural updates
- Build and maintain standard operating procedures and location pages
- Launch new locations as assigned
- Administer local orientations and driving tests with HR coordination
- Create and implement site-specific training
- Manage hourly budget allocation and ensure compliance
- Handle escalated customer and client complaints
- Review incident claims and ensure timely reporting and proper procedures
