This exciting opportunity is for a Management Trainee position within Citrin's growing team. The Management Training Program is structured to prepare individuals to build their ideal careers, regardless of industry, through comprehensive training and mentorship. The program typically spans 60 to 90 days, depending on the candidate's existing experience, and includes a robust compensation package featuring weekly pay, performance bonuses, and additional benefits. Trainees will learn to prioritize the company's people-first culture, engage in friendly competition, and develop leadership skills integral to both personal growth and business success.

Throughout the duration of the program, trainees receive dedicated support, mentoring, and education designed to foster success. The training encompasses key leadership principles, customer service excellence, sales and marketing strategies, financial management, and operational know-how. Participants gain hands-on experience by working alongside existing teams at current locations and may travel to new customer launch sites across the United States. Serving as the face of Citrin to clients and their customers, trainees will collaborate closely with their teams, cultivating an environment geared toward success. The program also provides opportunities to learn operational functions behind the scenes and contribute to shaping the organization's future growth trajectory.

Graduates of the program will be equipped to oversee daily valet operations at one or more assigned locations and develop an entrepreneurial mindset coupled with professional communication skills. They will be adept at motivating and empowering teams to deliver world-class hospitality and effectively managing personnel while holding team members accountable to company standards. Additional responsibilities include creating and managing schedules, daily reporting, and budget allocation. Successful completion of the program positions trainees to manage multiple dealerships and teams ranging from 15 to over 50 employees, setting the stage for ongoing advancement within the company.

Job Requirements

  • a bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • must have at least one year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
  • valid driver’s license for at least one year with no significant infractions
  • availability to work 45 to 50 hours per week
  • no drug or alcohol related conviction in the past five years
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

  • experience in sales, leadership or hospitality such as hotel, retail, commission sales, serving, athletics, military, or community leadership

  • no drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years
  • at least 18 years old
  • authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
