The role of the Market Operations Supervisor at Breakthru Beverage Group is a pivotal position within the company’s logistics and warehouse operations. Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in related business area
Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal and written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
Analytic and reporting skills
Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume team environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Ensure efficient truck loading process by picking orders and loading trucks while minimizing breakage
Report damage to equipment, product, and facilities
keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions and calling for repairs
Report any product shortage or location problems
Maintain storage area and organize floor space adhering to storage design principles and recommend improvements
Ensure efficient unloading of trucks and receiving of products, eliminating breakage and ensuring accurate product placement
Ensure compliance with local and federal laws and OSHA requirements
handle work-related injuries and enforce safety policies
Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements
Maintain and monitor security procedures and protocols
Directly supervise associates including selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, disciplining, and appraising employees
Safely handle beverage alcohol products
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
