Job Requirements

  • 1 years of cleaning experience in an office, medical, or personal environment
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Ability to routinely lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Basic Microsoft Suite knowledge

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar atmosphere
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages

Job Duties

  • Restock, clean, and take care of the common areas, lobbies, restrooms, break rooms, cafeterias, etc
  • Quickly respond to any cleaning crisis, like a major spill, odor in the kitchen, or mess in the restrooms
  • Monitor the washrooms, cleaning, restocking items, and servicing the restrooms
  • Move tables, boxes, supplies, and other items needed for corporate events
  • Occasionally sort, log, and distribute mail and packages
  • Occasionally process outbound mail
  • assist customers with mail services, and complete proper documents for all mail services
  • Occasionally explain services and suggest appropriate services to meet customers' requirements
  • assists with mail/package deliveries
