We are currently seeking a Day Porter to join our team, a vital role responsible for overseeing the janitorial services operations within assigned facilities. This full-time position requires the individual to be highly versatile and cross-trained across multiple specialty areas, including restroom maintenance, vacuuming, utility services, glass cleaning, light duty tasks, pressure washing, and floor care. The position's working hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a starting pay rate of $16.50 per hour. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean, safe, and presentable throughout the day. The role demands adherence to safety procedures and the ability to independently complete tasks while maintaining effective communication with management and colleagues.

In addition to daily cleaning duties, the Day Porter must be proactive in spotting and addressing maintenance issues and maintaining the overall appearance of the facility. The role requires high attention to detail in performing activities such as dusting, mopping, emptying trash, spot cleaning walls and carpets, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, and cleaning glass surfaces and desktops.
