Job Description
ZBLT Industries is a renowned franchise operation known for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer satisfaction across its various properties. As a company that values meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality service, ZBLT Industries supports its franchise locations with robust operational guidelines and comprehensive employee roles. Recognized for its professionalism and dedication to high-quality service, ZBLT Industries offers an opportunity for individuals seeking steady employment within a structured and supportive environment. The company fosters a culture where employees are encouraged to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team, helping maintain the integrity and appeal of all franchise properties.
The Day Porter role at ZBLT Industries is a critical position responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and stocking of all areas within the property. This role ensures that every corner of the site is kept neat, sanitary, and presentable for both employees and customers. Unlike traditional cleaning positions, the Day Porter often works during business hours, allowing for direct interaction with customers and the ability to respond promptly to areas needing attention. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
The Day Porter will be responsible for executing daily cleaning routines that encompass restrooms, breakrooms, floors, furniture, windows, trash, and surrounding entryways like lobbies, stairs, and elevators. The role also includes restocking janitorial and breakroom supplies and occasionally performing light maintenance duties. The successful candidate must be able to perform some physical tasks such as minor lifting and bending, as well as standing for long periods. Communication is a key part of this role, as the Day Porter needs to report concerns, maintenance issues, or needs to Franchise Supervisors, Managers, and onsite Managers promptly.
Working as a Day Porter with ZBLT Industries means joining an operation committed to cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The position offers compensation based on an hourly rate which reflects experience and length of service. Interested candidates are encouraged to discuss specific compensation details directly with a Franchise Manager or Owner. This role provides a stable work environment with clear expectations, making it an excellent choice for individuals looking to contribute to a respected franchise while growing their professional skills in facilities maintenance and customer service.
