Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work up to 40+ hours per week including nights and weekends
- Strong commitment to service excellence and reliability
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks for long periods
- Good communication skills with basic English proficiency
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures and standards
Job Qualifications
- Janitorial or housekeeping experience is highly preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently and follow detailed instructions
- Basic English proficiency for clear communication
- Self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Capability to carry out instructions using common sense
- Physical ability to perform extensive physical cleaning duties
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and indoor and outdoor common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning products and methods effectively
- Display reliability and efficiency with a commitment to service excellence
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and disciplined work ethic
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Adapt to specific cleaning processes and procedures set by TFG HI
- Perform physically demanding cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and lifting up to 25 pounds
