Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Experience in customer service roles preferred but not required
- Leadership qualities for shift leader positions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests energetically and ensure they feel welcome
- Listen to guest orders, suggest items, repeat orders to ensure accuracy
- Process customer payments including cash, credit cards, and rewards cards
- Prepare and present food according to company specifications
- Assist with inventory control and scheduling as a Shift Leader
- Train new Team Members and support restaurant operations
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
