Operating primarily at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, BEST Crowd Management specializes in providing professional, reliable, and customer-centered event staff for various functions including sports, concerts, festivals, and special events. As a part-time Concierge Team Member at Dallas Stadium, you will join a dynamic team of guest services professionals dedicated to creating memorable and seamless experiences for attendees at events such as the 2026 FIFA World Cup and 2026 Dallas Cowboys games. This role is critical to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and assisting guests by providing detailed event and venue information, resolving questions, and guiding attendees through the stadium efficiently and courteously. Earning $14 per hour, this position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy interacting with diverse groups of people.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests with a friendly attitude and assisting them with their needs, supporting event setup by organizing equipment and signage, and monitoring event areas to ensure cleanliness and order. You will also be tasked with handling inquiries and complaints professionally, offering clear directions to seating, concessions, restrooms, and exits, and collaborating with other event staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting event attendees with their needs
  • Assist with event set-up including arranging equipment placing signage and other tasks as assigned
  • Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness organization and compliance with venue policies
  • Answer questions and provide information about the event facilities and amenities to guests
  • Guide and direct guests to appropriate locations such as seating areas restrooms concession stands and exits
  • Address guest inquiries complaints or issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with event staff vendors and team members to ensure smooth event operations
  • Assist with crowd management when necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees
  • Adhere to company policies procedures and guidelines to maintain a high standard of professionalism and service excellence
