We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is integral in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with customers by acting as the primary liaison between customers and the company. As a Customer Service Representative at UniFirst, you will provide exceptional service by addressing account inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting the sales department with administrative tasks. The position promises a friendly and structured five-day workweek, with Saturdays and Sundays off, fostering a healthy work-life balance. This role involves direct communication with customers via telephone and email to assist with questions about accounts, company procedures, and services. Additionally, this position provides vital administrative support to the sales team and handles basic data entry tasks, requiring proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of customer service experience in an administrative setting preferred
- Prior accounts receivable experience highly encouraged
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including professional telephone and email etiquette
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and sit for extended periods
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Must be a collaborative team player capable of working independently
- Problem-solving skills

Job Duties
