The role of Customer Service Representative - Overnights at Uline’s Kenosha Branch (12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144) offers full-time hours with flexible 4-day or 5-day on-site schedules, including weekends. Compensation ranges from $29 to $34 per hour, with an additional $4 shift differential, reflecting the overnight schedule and recognizing employee dedication during less traditional hours. This position involves a dynamic role where the representative will process customer orders, make product recommendations, and manage account inquiries utilizing world-class technology. The role requires becoming a product and solutions expert to answer questions related to products, pricing, and shipping swiftly and confidently. Building strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and chat is a critical part of the job, as is understanding customer needs to recommend the best Uline solutions. The representative will also assist customers in navigating Uline’s website and online ordering system for a seamless purchasing experience.

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but if you are eager to learn, training will be provided
