In the role of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Uline, you will play a critical part in maintaining Uline’s world-class customer service standards. This position offers a competitive pay range from $26 to $30 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential. As a bilingual customer service specialist, you will engage directly with customers, handling their orders, product inquiries, and account concerns across various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. The role requires you to be knowledgeable about Uline’s extensive product catalog and able to recommend the best solutions that meet customer needs confidently. You will also assist customers in navigating Uline’s website and online ordering system, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Uline provides in-depth training and one-on-one peer mentoring to help you sharpen your communication and problem-solving skills, preparing you to become a product and solutions expert. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • prior customer service experience is a plus but willing to train

  • help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering
