The Customer Service Representative role based at the Kenosha Branch located at 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI, offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, friendly, and customer-focused team. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you
- Ability to undergo pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Must be willing to work on-site at the Kenosha Branch
- Availability to work shifts including those with shift differential
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but willing to train motivated candidates
- Ability to learn product details and company procedures quickly
