Known for their steadfast commitment to providing vital short-term financial services, CheckSmart aims to serve diverse communities by helping individuals access the financial solutions they need when they need them most. The role demands both attention to detail and a strong customer-focused attitude, as you personalize services to meet the unique financial needs of each customer.

This position is full-time and hourly, offering a starting wage of $15 per hour, accompanied by a robust total compensation package. Employees receive paid on-the-job training, access to extensive e-learning resources, and opportunities for cross-brand training to diversify skills across various financial service brands within the company. Furthermore, CheckSmart endorses performance-based promotions and leadership potential via a Key Holder Program. The company supports continuous education through tuition reimbursement and provides multiple medical insurance options along with retirement savings plans, life and AD&D insurance, and a range of voluntary benefits such as dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, and more. Employees also benefit from mental health resources, exclusive discount programs, paid time off, and a relaxed dress code that includes jeans and sneakers.

Overall, this role is ideal for individuals seeking a meaningful job that combines strong customer interaction with opportunities for professional growth within a stable and recognized financial services company. The environment at CheckSmart is fast-paced, yet supportive, as it values efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will be expected to maintain store security protocols and contribute to both internal store upkeep and community engagement through local events. This position is strictly in-person and requires a minimum of 40 hours per week including weekends, with flexibility subject to store needs. If you are motivated to grow your career in a dynamic and rewarding financial services setting, CheckSmart provides the foundations and opportunities to help you succeed.
