This role of Customer Service Representative at Planet Fitness is crucial to maintaining the exceptional member experience that the brand is known for. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring that everyone who walks through the door feels welcomed and valued. Your duties will include greeting members, answering inquiries, assisting with membership sign-ups, providing tours of the club, addressing billing issues, and helping to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
The position offers a set schedule and a competitive salary structure that includes a $1 per hour premium for hours worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. - Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Customer service experience preferred
- Continual standing and walking during your shift
- Continual talking to members and potential members in person and on the phone during your shift
- Must be able to lift 45 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making them feel comfortable and welcomed
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions
- Check in members, provide tours of the club and sign up new members
- Log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Regular cleaning of entire facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities
