We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join this team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is designed for professionals who excel in communication, organization, and multitasking, and who thrive in dynamic settings. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with orders, inquiries, and resolving billing issues. This position offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with competitive pay starting at $19.50 per hour. It is a temp-to-hire opportunity, providing long-term potential with the company, making it an ideal role for those looking to build their customer service and administrative experience within a growing organization.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Experience in a distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or office environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist customers in person and by phone with orders, account questions, and product inquiries
  • Enter and process customer orders, quotes, invoices, and account information
  • Resolve billing issues and follow up on customer credit claims
  • Review open orders and verify order accuracy
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties
