Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Experience in a distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or office environment preferred

Job Duties
- Assist customers in person and by phone with orders, account questions, and product inquiries
- Enter and process customer orders, quotes, invoices, and account information
- Resolve billing issues and follow up on customer credit claims
- Review open orders and verify order accuracy
- Perform general administrative and office support duties
