This opportunity is for a Customer Service Management Trainee at Uline's Kenosha branch located at 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144. The role is full-time and operates within a 24/7 call center environment, with various shifts available on set schedules to meet the dynamic needs of the business. As a Customer Service Management Trainee, candidates will engage in a comprehensive hands-on training program designed to develop their mastery of all facets of customer service management. This includes learning to effectively manage and motivate a team of customer service representatives by setting clear objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and delivering constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
The trainee will also be responsible for analyzing department procedures and standards, actively identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
