As a Customer Service Management Trainee, you will be responsible for developing leadership skills by managing and motivating a team of customer service representatives. This includes setting clear performance goals, evaluating team progress, and providing constructive feedback to ensure exceptional customer service standards. Additionally, you will review existing department procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
