We are currently seeking a full-time Resident Experience Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our apartment communities comprising The Fields, Turing, Graham, and Gideon located in Milpitas, CA. This position offers an hourly pay range of $26.00 to $27.00 and involves working afternoon through evening shifts. The Resident Experience Specialist plays a critical role in cultivating strong relationships with residents and local businesses, improving resident retention, and elevating the overall service quality at the community. The ideal candidate will be proactive, outgoing, and skilled in communication, organization, and networking. Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining the rooftop Beer Garden with strict adherence to protocols such as ID checks and wristband compliance. This role also involves addressing resident concerns, facilitating community outreach and partnerships, and planning and executing a variety of resident functions such as breakfasts, holiday events, community gatherings, and fitness programs.

Additionally, the Resident Experience Specialist is responsible for managing relationships with vendor partners, designing promotional materials including flyers and e-blasts, and managing social media platforms to increase engagement. Event planning must align with the allocated monthly budget, and ongoing communication with the Director of Property Operations, Property Manager, and Marketing team ensures all social events are well-coordinated and documented. The candidate must be willing to attend offsite meetings, visit other company locations, and purchase goods from offsite vendors, requiring reliable transportation either through a valid driver's license or an alternative method. Job Requirements

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and or Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Picture Manager
  • Valid driver’s license or reliable alternative transportation
  • Ability to attend offsite meetings and travel to other company locations
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Duties
