Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TABC certification
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage scheduling efficiently
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create, edit, reschedule and cancel appointments
- Maintain an efficient schedule to maximize each day for barbers and stylists
- Notify grooming staff when clients arrive
- Check out clients after appointments
- Make and serve signature drinks (must be TABC certified)
- Communicate with grooming staff about client issues and alert leadership if needed
- Monitor appointment timeliness and adjust schedule to stay on track
