When performing cashier duties, the Cart Attendant + Cashier will handle customer transactions efficiently, including the operation of cash recyclers, and follow established cash handling policies to ensure accuracy and security. The role demands courteous bagging practices, with special attention to separating produce and raw meat to align with food safety standards. The individual in this position will be required to extend help to disabled or physically burdened customers, assist customers during adverse weather conditions like rain by escorting them to their cars, and always maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
