Job Duties

  • Maintain clean work areas including lobby, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior
  • Complete cleaning tasks and checklists as assigned
  • Follow waste management and recycling procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet shift goals
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers
  • Support other areas of the restaurant as needed
  • Greet every guest with a warm, friendly smile and eye contact within 5 seconds
  • Take accurate orders quickly and confirm clearly before processing
  • Maintain professionalism and calm attitude during busy periods
  • Ensure every order meets KFC quality and accuracy standards
  • Offer guests value items or upgrades using suggestive selling language
  • Thank each guest sincerely and invite them back
