This full-time position offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule, from 8 am to 5 pm, with an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00. The role requires an individual who excels in customer service, possesses strong organizational abilities, and is adept at multitasking in a fast-paced office environment. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Customer Experience Liaison will play a crucial role in providing a welcoming and professional front office experience. This position involves handling various administrative duties such as managing multi-line phone systems, processing mail, performing data entry, and supporting internal teams to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, occasional physical tasks involving lifting up to 25 pounds in the sample room are required.
