Uline is currently seeking dedicated Custodians / Janitors to join its Facilities team at the corporate headquarters. This role is fundamental to maintaining the company’s promise of a clean, organized, and safe workspace. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of janitorial duties including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and upkeep of the building environment. Your responsibilities will also involve operating floor scrubbers and other janitorial equipment, servicing and restocking restrooms, emptying trash, and collaborating closely with the Custodian team to maintain Uline’s exacting standards of cleanliness. Utilizing the work order system to record your task times will also be an essential part of this role, helping the team track performance and ensure all duties are completed efficiently.

This position is ideal for candidates who have a strong attention to detail, a respectful approach to maintaining communal spaces, and the physical ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 pounds and sometimes up to 70 pounds. Preference will be given to candidates with prior janitorial or cleaning experience, though commitment and a willingness to learn and uphold Uline’s standards are equally valued.
