As a Custodian at Uline, you will be entrusted with a range of janitorial and maintenance duties designed to keep the corporate headquarters clean, efficient, and welcoming. This includes routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting, as well as maintaining restrooms and managing trash collection. You will operate floor scrubbers and other specialized janitorial equipment, requiring a degree of technical proficiency and attention to detail. Collaboration with the Custodian team is essential to uphold the company’s rigorous cleaning standards through consistent and thorough efforts.

Uline values employees who demonstrate strong attention to detail and are capable of handling physical work, including frequently lifting, pushing, and sliding packages weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 70 pounds. While previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, as comprehensive training and support are provided.
