The role of Porter at AEG is pivotal in maintaining the pristine condition and overall functionality of the venue. This part-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour and is integral to the seamless execution of events by ensuring top-notch cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards across various areas including the main floor, mezzanine, backstage, bathrooms, and bars. The Porter supports day-to-day building upkeep through basic maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs, performing light construction and painting, and restocking cleaning supplies. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing facility needs, contributing significantly to the guest experience and operational efficiency.

Porters work closely with Supervisors and Event Managers to complete assigned tasks within established guidelines and deadlines. The role demands physical stamina to stand for extended periods and the ability to lift furniture and equipment as necessary. Flexibility is essential, with shifts covering nights, weekends, and holidays to align with the event schedule.
