The Custodial Services Worker position at Aramark plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall environment of the company’s operations and client locations. As a custodial worker, you will adhere to established procedures and safety protocols aligned with OSHA, local, state, and federal regulations as well as Aramark’s internal standards. Your responsibilities will include cleaning assigned areas thoroughly to both Aramark and client standards, managing housekeeping equipment with accuracy, and responsibly handling trash storage and disposal. Furthermore, you will be tasked with reporting maintenance concerns through appropriate work orders and ensuring that the facility remains secure, including locking and unlocking buildings as necessary.

This role not only involves performing routine custodial tasks but also requires maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward guests, clients, and co-workers. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to the varying needs of different locations and clients. Prior custodial experience is preferred, although the position offers opportunities to develop skill sets that are foundational for advancing within Aramark’s diverse career pathways. Physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing are expected as part of the role.
